Sure, we offer a tech-only Launch Plan. Please keep in mind that, in this case, it’s best to make sure that your marketing team has enough time to find the right partners, set up offers, and manage the programme.

Do you help with onboarding?

Yes, we offer onboarding services & ongoing marketing support.

How much time does it take to launch a programme?

The platform can be set up in 24 hours. However, it takes time to launch a programme and prepare the relevant offers. Usually, we get the reward portal live in under two weeks.

Is it more cost-effective than building your own ‘in-house’ platform?

To launch a platform, you will need months of development time. After that, you will have to find the right partners on your own, set up offers, and create a marketing strategy from scratch. You will also need to make sure your marketing team has enough time to manage a reward programme after the launch. With us, you’ll get everything out of the box.

Do we need internal development resources to get it live?

Yes, but not a lot. We take the bulk of the work from you. A few lines of code and your reward platform will be ready to go. However, if it still sounds too complicated or you need additional services like integrations or data import, our tech support is always ready to help.

Is it possible to lose customers to my partners?

We select partners that complement your offer and do not compete with you. Partnerships are a win-win deal for you and your partners. They will help you to convert customers when they land, engage them once they convert, and retain them once they are engaged.

Do you have set-up fees?

Yes, the cost of the platform set-up (£995) covers the launch & customisation of the platform by our tech support. In Grow & Scale plans, we charge an additional £1,000 for creating a programme strategy, filling the platform with offers & providing continuous marketing support.

Can I add my own offers to the platform?

Yes, the platform is very flexible so you can promote your own offers and services. Simply add your own rewards to the platform or modify existing ones to match your audience's needs.
